Can someone port it to 2.0? Or give me some instructions on how. I am guessing (I have no clue about software developing) that the notification commands just need to be updated. I believe that is was a simple modification to get it to work between 1.0.X to 1.1.1, which seems to be the same boat as 1.1.4 to 2.0

Somehow I have the email icon in the taskbar, but have no clue how it is there. I believe I enabled it with erica's utilities, since I was messing around with it last night. I will post instructions if I figure out how I did it. My iPhone 2G is the one with it, so I will try it on the 3G

Ok if you install intelliscreen it has the option for enabling taskbar icons. 10 day trial

intelliscreen is the way to go....its like 6 apps in one and does all that taskbar notifier plus more.

Yeah but if you don't want your home screen to look like CNN, Taskbar Notifier is the way to go.
