So I like the remote app that Apple offers for iTunes, but I don't want to dedicate a laptop with iTunes to my home stereo, I'd prefer just to dock my iPod Touch and control it remotely. So...if I can control iTunes with my iPhone using Remote, how difficult would it be create an app that allows me to control my iPod Touch with my iPhone? Obviously the iPod would need to stay connected to my home network for this to work, but is such an app possible? It would be great to dock my iPod Touch to my home stereo/receiver and control the music being played from anywhere in the house with my iPhone. Can this be done easily or am I just dreaming big?
