Since your phone has been previously jailbroken with a different method it is in your best interests to RESTORE to 1.1.4 and then use iLiberty. After you plug your phone into iTunes be sure and set it up as a NEW phone, not from a back-up image.

XLiberty (for OSX) has an option to go from 3.9FB back to 4.6 but there is no way to unlock any baseband version after 4.02 with a 4.6 bootloader so you'd be stuck without the "locate me" feature and anything else that goes along with an updated baseband.
