The app will prompt you and self-disable upon error, or when it does not show the Lock Screen twice during a SpringBoard session (or, possibly more simply but not as accurate, a reboot session if you're not sure what the SpringBoard is
).
The self-disable upon not showing the Lock Screen twice is just during the BETA - to prevent any auto-reboots.
