Yes, that should work with your iPhone!
Just plug the transmitter in your iPhone's mini-jack stick and choose a frequency on the transmitter.
Then choose the same frequency on your radio (ie. your car stereo).

you will either have to cut the sides to make it fit I the recessed headphone jack or buy the belkin headphone adapter that brings it out. I used that and the monster fm transmitter and it works amaZing just remeber to adjusted the volume on the iPhone accordingly and the eq settings to the best for your car
