Good news from O2?
|
Like many others, I was dismayed to find that my in-car charger would not work with my new 3G phone, after working perfectly with my 1st Generation phone (see other threads).
I therefore e-mailed O2 (UK) via their website, complaining bitterly and stating that the need for an in-car charger was paramount for my business use of the phone whilst on the move.
I also pointed out that there did not appear to be a suitable in-car charger listed in their "shop".
Two days later a £16.99 in-car charger arrived FREE OF CHARGE.
I dont know if this is me being fortunate, or a Policy adopted by O2 in the face of criticism - but well worth a try.
