Source Error - can't install or uninstall HELP!

Can't install or uninstall. Getting Source Error:
"trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/sbar'. which is also in package con.erisadun.sbar"
I tried to uninstall sbar but cant because of this error.
So, if anyone has a suggestions...I would greatly welcome them and appreciate them.

Disregard....uninstalled SpringRoll and then I was able to uninstall sbar....seems everything is working now.
