3Proxy and neverball cannot be found

hello all,
i am having problems finding and installing 3proxy and neverball... 3proxy should be at the bottom but it is not in my cydia installer. also where do i get neverball from? any help would be greatly appreciated. 3proxy is more of a priority then neverball by the way. thanx
