Try this:
in Cydia, delete mivtones source,
then reinstall mivtones,

it worked for me.

hey,
i currently have the size misatch error aswell, except i am doing a new install..
steps i did..
added in the app.ifonetec.com respo
downloaded mIvtones , just when it had downloaded all and ready to install. i get size mismatch error..i realised i had ltos of apps already downloaded, so i then installed BossToll. Changed my apps space..
now i try again to download and install Mivtones, it says its 83.9 blabla out of 83.9..i tried removing sources/packages/respo's.. redownloading/removing.. theres no way to fix!
so now im using total commander with t-pot, to find this file..
private/var/cache/apt/archives/partial
in there i found this "com.ifonetec.mivtones_2.1.0-iphoneos-arm" DEB file.
So i just deleted this file, i am now going to go bike and steal somebodys WiFi to redownload Mivtones.. will reply with info or if any1 else has fix??

Ok, solved it.

So you guys might have noticed that the main page here said that it was under the modmyi source but we were downloading it from the ifonetec source. So I simply went into packages (not sources) and removed the ifonetec package and refreshed cydia. Magically this made Mivtones appear under modmyi, and it worked from there

It doesn't appear on your spring board (confused me) but under settings.
