Since the new update my iphone has been acting weird not to mention that after the upgrade my cydia and installer have been removed completely, follow by the app store application don't activate when lunch them. Can some one please explain me why is this occurring?

You have to repwn if you want cydia back. Also with your aps, in iTunes try unauthorizing your computer, syncing your phone (this should delete your aps) reauthorizing it, and syncing again. That fixed my problem, and it beats restoring.
