Weird Problem...

Well, I have a dead spot on my touch screen, so I downloaded a general.plist file to adjust the sensitivity. Inconveniently the dead spot covered the adjustor slider, so that solution is out. But when i went back to the default general, or the extended preferences .4.9, whenever I launch an application, the ipod resprings, making it completely useless. Does anyone have any ideas? or maybe a stock 2.0.1 preferences app? I can ssh files in.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a hardware issue to me... no amount of software tweaks is going to fix this. Warranty.

I mean how it resprings every time I open an app, but Im restoring now to stock, then I'll see if its working

And also, I should be able to lessen the dead spot, by adjusting the sensitivity right?
