need help asap

i've been trying to get installer and cydia onto my ipod all night with quickpwn and winpwn. I made a custom .ipsw but it's not working.
my ipod firmware right now is 2.0.1, if anyone can help me please do.

Well, I can't help you unless you're more specific! Are you getting errors? Is it stopping right it the middle of the process? Can the process even start? Are you using correct instructions?
