Error when setting permissions to Applications folder

anyone have this problem? and isn't there suppose to be files and folders in applications folder?

hmmmmm...just used it earlier today...no problems at all.
try reboot the computer and rerun winscp.

tried it, tried rebooting iphone, still nothing.

very weird. I would resync with iTunes to make sure your apps are installed
