No WiFi = No SSH (Since I've not installed that command line tool). So I'm in kind of a fix, right now.

Well 1stly, you dont need the Springboard to be able to connect. Had your wifi of already been connected and set to automatic, it would of connected even whilst at the apple logo with spinning wheel. i know for a FACT because ive done it myself. you say a new connection? - why is it new? by that i mean is it a new router or you've only just installed wifi? what? im presuming you had wifi to download intelliscreen in the first place - so im unsure why you would have it set to manual??
perhaps you should have stated in your previous post that your wifi isnt wokring. - if this is case, you could attempt to use iPhoneBrowser or iBrickr to access the files but since if never tried this myself i dont know if it will work whilst stuck on the spinning wheel & apple logo - in theory tho, i dont see why it wouldnt. If SSH allows you the access then both of these should too (i think :S)
If you get access using either of those two (they use the USB Cable) then you can follow the post above and edit the file as explained
ps. not got what command line?
Are you on a MAC or a PC?
