cant dial out!!!

I just pwned my iphone 3g last night and now i can not dial out. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

are you with ATT?
Which pwn programs did you use?
If you have used pwn tools during the building of the custom fw, Did you uncheck the activation button?
If you have used winpwn, Did you check the activation button?
