Creating a theme

I want to know if there is a way to make your own theme and upload into cydia without having to do all the codes and stuff, because i am more of a graphical guy. If i could make a cool theme would someone here be willing to do all the codes for me. Also can u make an account at like iSpazio and put ur theme on cydia?
