Where is my Summberboard theme directory?

I've searched online and found certain locations, but the directory doesn't appear. I sftp using filezilla and WinSCP. I'm on 2.01 Where did my directory go? can somenone help? Thanks!!

there is no summerboard theme directory for 2.0+ since summerboard isnt on firmware 2.0+ there is now Winterboard which is in cydia, the themes for Winterboard are located in /private/var/stash/Themes
