Just bought a 2g iPhone.

Right now, on the screen, it just has the plug into itunes picture on it. I do not know which firmware it is and I am trying to unlock it to use tmobile.

I have no idea what to do, because Ziphone didn't do a thing.

Have you used the Winpwn (Windows) or Pawnage (Mac) to get it activated/jailbroken/unlocked? If not use that it, if your iPhone is showing a picture that actually says iTunes then you are using a new firmware and the ziPhone program doesn't work it (it only works for 1.1.4 and lower).

Just used winpwn. It finished and everything, and I put my tmobile sim in but its not giving me any bars.
