Unable to change wallpaper after upgrading 1.1.3

i was not ableto change my wallpaper, after upgrading the phone from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3. it keep using the earth wallpaper. any help will be appreciated.

Install Finder or use SSH and manually delete /var/mobile/Library/LockBackground.jpg file
