Is there any ways to get edge for free!?!

Do we need to have our phone activated to get edge?!?

I don't think so, if you are on T-Mobile you can get the 5.99 plan.

Your phone needs to be activated to use anything on the phone, and you need to subscribe to EDGE on a network that openly supports it.
