Major Problem with 2 phones at same time!

My OH and I both have iphones. Both were unlocked/jailbroken using Ziphone a few months ago.
Yesterday something strange happened. Our GPRS connection went down on both phones at the same time. It comes back now and again but not for long. Thinking this was a problem with Tmobile we called them and spent ages on the phone to no avail.
The problem is my husband sim works in his samsung to go online.
Could this be a Ziphone related problem? I cant believe both phones have stopped the gprs working at the same time!
