Like I said, at Game Stop at least, we weren't even allowed to open them, nor inventory them in our POS until the date specified. It was also to cut back on employees taking them as well. It would be at my discression whether or not to fire the MOD (manager on duty) if I went to a store and found the box was even the slightest bit tampered with. Game Retailers pay huge fines for selling products early
