not working

Before installing, when i recieved an MMS, I would at least get a text message saying go to viewmymessage.com blah blah blah.....
Now, after spending two hours getting swirly to launch, I am getting no SMS saying i have a message waiting and swirly is not getting them either.
Anyone?
Apple is really dropping the ball with making this thing live up to its potential!
