modmyi source not working, cant get colloq

source "http://i.modmyi.com/" has a lock next to it under the sources. Iv been trying to get colloQ but cant get it. Anything else I can do?

On some apps when I try to install, I get this error "Unable to decode package more info at ###some web addy###"

Im on 2.0.2

Colloq is not ported to iPhoneOS 2.0 or above currently.
