As long as you have bootloader 3.9 you can downgrade your baseband. I had to do it. Just look at the 1.1.3 downgarding tutorial on this site.

Ive got the same problem too. I noticed the update after I updated to the new version of installer. Just try again later because sometimes this happens and works itself out within a couple of hours....
