I haven't used this yet but I'm gathering from the readme file that it's used just like the early versions of ziphone but the only command you have to type is "iplus [-u]" and it will then run the program and give you the option to unlock/downgrade BL if this is necessary. Yes no maybe?

Or maybe you can just double click the window batch file and it looks like it starts up the program also... ?

Check your baseband (settings > general > about > modem firmware). If this is not 4.03 or 4.04 then the locate me feature won't work. Older versions of ziphone downgraded the baseband to 4.02 in order to complete the unlocking process.

In the end you'll most likely need to RESTORE to 1.1.4 again and use iPlus, iLiberty, or ziphone 2.5 to jailbreak again.
