App to auto config user carrier settings?

I would like to suggest a app where it can auto config carrier settings, for atleast the basics internet, sms, voicemail, etc... More in terms of "all in one" where you can choose a list of gsm carriers from US to over seas carriers, so whether your traveling or just a noob with out a clue just scroll down a list and choose your carrier tap on it and let it config the settings for you.
