iPhone Remote... Won't recognize.

It recognizes on my laptop[XP]

But won't recognize on my desktop[vista]

Any ideas? I've tried all the things, same wifi, nothing works.

i had the same problem but i tried a few days later and it worked dont no what i did but it worked
