Question:Which is the best eBook reader from the AppStore?

Stanza. Hands down. It's the most popular book reader in the App Store, it has he most features, it is free, it has an online catalog with thousands of free books, and it synchronizes with the desktop version of the program to allow you to upload your own books. There's really no comparison.

I prefer 'BookShelf'. Its created by Zach who made the first Books application on the iPhone. It supports multiple formats and it supports Mobi-pocket format, which is all I wanted

Its $10, but for a person who reads a lot of books on the go, its totally worth it. Sync'd through your computer and also access to free public domain books. You can change the fonts, backgrounds etc. Tilt and autoscroll supported. There is support for Bookmarks etc.

I use eReader. Free app and well supported by the online store (ebooks for your iPhone, Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone, Palm Treo and Centro or Symbian Mobile Phones - Over 37,000 Titles and counting!). Has a large catelogue of commercial titles for sale.
