Cydia Essentail Upgrades

Hi All,
I have the 3G 16Gig, jail broke. When I open Cydia, I get the message ( there are 2 essentail upgrades .... ) I click the upgrade button, and the downloads starts. When the download looks like it is complete, I get the message ( Source Error MD5Sum mismatch ). Then it starts over again. driving me nuts. Anyone have any ideals what the problem might be? I am useing my home wifi. Everything else works great on the wifi, Internet, appstore...
