Use the ipsw builder part of the program on your firmware flle. When you get to select the various patches, like unlock, activate, etc., make sure you uncheck the option that says "Use DevTeam custom images." Then restore your phone through iTunes using the ipsw file that pwnage creates. This will get you back to the stock images.

look in the tool files if u find the the images of pwnage, and change them with urs , then to make new ipsw and check (use dev....) box so if u changed the origenal dev pic with urs it will change on the phone thats the idea but i didnt try and no harm to try, i mean no risk , i didnt try , i have windows

it is to the best of my understanding at this point in time, after doing a bit of research, that the boot logo (pineapple, or white apple) resides in the iPwnage.app package (ie. view package contents in mac osx) then go into contents-->resources-->(corresponding firmware #) or thereabouts and the file is called "logo.img2"
This is where the complication is introduced because it is an encrypted file-format that is called 89001.0. All files beginning with "89001.0" are some kind of container with 2048 bytes header and a signature at the end.
I am looking further into this and will post back once I learn a bit more.
