battery malfunction

Well I updated my Iphone 3g/16g from jailbroken 2.0 to 2.2 via winpwn. I am experiencing a weird problem that I'm noticing no one else is after the update. My battery from the home screen always shows like 20% battery left, even when fully charged. Sometimes when I go into cydia or some programs, it will correct itself, but it eventually changes back to that 20%. Anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

Your help is appreciated.

DeadGlory

Was having trouble with appstore apps crashing, ended up doing a full reinstall and jailbreak. Problem solved with the battery.
