2 stupid questions

I looked for a stupid question section, but couldn't find one...so here i am.

I pwned my first gen iphone to 2.0 a little while ago. Being busy, i hadn't noticed that when i load it in itunes to add music it says that my capacity is 8.29 gb. It is a 16 gb. My theory is that i messed up the root partition when i used pwnage tool and i will need to go back and re-pwn. is that right?

Secondly,

I finally got my phone to the point where i want it. I have a lot of winterboard themes and whatnots. If i do indeed have to re-pwn, when i build my custom firmware and back up applications to include in the custom firmware does that include my themes when i include winterboard? or is there another process that i will need to incorporate to make my phone be essentially like it is now without having to re-download everything?

I am sure that if i looked more dilligently, there would be a post, but i have been searching for last 20 minutes, and i am at work, and probably should be productive.

Thanks!

Jeebs

1. repwn...set your partition again.
2. themes, winterboard, apps, etc...redownload again.

Do you know how to SSH into the phone? If so, you can download the Themes folder from root/library/themes and replace it after the restore. That's what I do.

thanks, yea i know how to do that...but, i hadn't had time to really look in it and am unsure of the winterboard setup...guess that makes sense tho...unfortunately, a storm of problems just hit me when i updated cydia, and intelliscreen locks the lock screen and i cant get in....none of my ip adresses i have work with my password...it has just become unbearable so i think it is a fresh install for me now

thanks
