Hey everyone,
A friend sold me his 1st gen iphone 3 days ago.
He had it on fw 2.0.0
and i went through a guide to downgrade it to 1.1.4
somewhere down the line (not sure when exactly)
the baseband got messed up.
Which baseband is it.. i'm not sure.
Everytime i restore i get errors 1011 or 1012.
IMEI is unknown, there is no SIM inside the phone.
I am currently on 1.1.4,
and have tried everything.
Does anyone know what to do?
I am using a mac, and have itunes 7.7.1
Please go indepth with what to do.
I have tried iEraser and it just sits there doing nothing, same with downgrading the bootloader.
The screen just keeps saying "BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0"
Can someone please help me out here....
?
