Problem Setting Permissions With WinSCP
Please Help Me!!!!!!
Today I transferred some apps via SSH to my iPod touch (Pwned with 2.0 Firmware), I was able to set permissions normally.
After some time I installed iPhone PC Suite 1.0.7.2 and it asked me to install Phone Daemon and I followed the instruction and rebooted my iPod, etc..
The Daemon was not installed.
When I tried to connect through WinSCP I was able to do anything normally except setting permissions, everytime I try to change permissions I get I Message similar to this:
Command 'chmod -R 0755 "File Name"'
failed with return code 137 and error message
-sh: line 95: 360 Killed chmod -R 0755 "File Name"
(note that the -sh: line and Killed values vary)
Any help would be appreciated.
I also get the Message "Unexpected directory listing line 'lrwxr-xr-x 1 root admin" when I try to access the root folder and only some of the folders appear
Install iCommander from Cydia...change permission straight from there on your Iphone.
If you dont see iCommander in Cydia..it just means that you havent added the source yet.
the repo source should be from Hack&Dev.org (http://iphone.hackndev.org/apt/)
