Is there any way of Detirmining my iPod touch's IP through external means?

I just had mine crash for having more then 80 apps. I read through the instructions on how to got through the SSH and delete a few of of the apps, so I don't have to restore it. The only problem; I just set up Cyberduck, and I don't know the IP address of the iPod.

Anyone have any ideas that might help?

Thanks!

log in to your router and see what devices/ip are connected to it.

Yep, exactly. Your router will probably be at http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1. If you haven't set the username/password, try some default ones such as admin//admin, admin//, //admin, admin//password, root//, root//password (your probably get the idea by now).

Good luck!

You can try interrogating it, pleading with it, ringing up Steve Jobs and comparing him to ruder parts of the male anatomy but at the end of the day if all that fails simply do a false upgrade (shift click on restore and choose 1.1.4 firmware) you will lose all your apps but not videos music contacts etc and if you were sane enough to use Cydia then all the apps are cached so installing them is quick and easy.
