Thanks, I will.
Looks great. If you have a Skype number and someone calls you, can you set it to ring just like a regular call? Also, does it burn through the battery life by being"on" all the time while it is running?

yes battery runs down very fast when running fring in the background, but so does anything Wifi... On Edge battery drain is less, but you cannot use voice chat, rather just typing chat.
Edge will last approx 9 hours on a full charge with fring on continously in the background
On wifi connection, about 5-6 hours from a full charge with fring continously on in the background, and with screen off for alot of the time.

More good information, 5-6 hours is harsh. Mayber the 2.0 will be a little better.
Back to the Skype question--Can you recieve calls with a Skype number, just like a regular cell call?

I'm pretty sure you can receive a call just like normal as long as you are logged on with fring. It has its own ringer though, so it wont sound like a normal call. Also, I use Insomnia when using fring as well, so my phone won't go to sleep when my screen turns off. Just a way to keep it on all the time when I want it on. Yeah, it'll drain your battery faster, but it's still pretty useful. I called up my buddy in Germany to test it out when I first downloaded it. Worked great.
