anybody else having trouble updating? I keep getting error package download failed.

In installer. Go to instal the App. Instead of installing select clear cue. Try again. No luck.....go and clear cue again. The reboot. Go back to installer and try again to install. b This should work. Its normally a connection to the server thts the problem. No luck. Turn off WiFi and use edge. No luck...go to settings and reset network settings under reset in General.
