Cant Turn On Iphone Anymore

i just turned on my phone and now it just keeps restarting the apple logo.

Second,this usually happent,becaurse of PYSL or any BETAs... I tried to install iStickies theme from my Customize 2.0 and I got the same thing.
Just restore your phone through Recovery or DFU mode and unlock it again.
