Contacts Gone after Installing "Create Symlinks..." fix from Khaos139 Repo

I was trying to get some ebooks to appear on Books.app

Installing this fixed the problem but in return, i've lost all my contacts. My gut feeling just tells me that my contacts is still somewhere in my phone since i did not do anything else other den installing this fix.

Anyone has any idea how do i reverse this fix? I've tried installing to no avail, and after uninstalling, i can't install it again, so i believe i may have to do some manual work to reverse this fix.

Help please. My business contacts are all in my phone with no backup at all.
