Thus far none exists. That said you can use a service like SpoofCard to record your calls, among other goodness. There exists an app called FRING (not yet available for 3G / v2.x) that automatically connects to your SpoofApp (or other account).
Two downsides: You must pay to use apps like SpoofCard and your calls are routed through their servers.
Also, I believe it's possible to set up your own VOIP solution and do what SpoofCard does but for free / cheaper. That takes some tech Kung Fu knowledge and patience.
