Fring it. Fring it Good. VOIP on the iPhone

my phone has officially been fring'd(that does sound cool ) aim's working pretty nicely on 1.1.4 ^_^

The program is working sweet. But... this is working also on EDGE or exclusively on WIFI? Also, how much traffic the application generates on EDGE?

now now ... Well, once you have registered with fring, go to the Communities icon at the bottom (click the icon)

You should see Communities Setup.
Click the MSN Messenger

You will see MSN Messenger Setup
Enter your msn ID - i.e. si200@hotmail.com
Enter your passwd

Then select Subscribe.

It will connect.

Then select the Buddy List to see your buddies or contacts ....

I was using it with EDGE today, no issues.

Traffic, not sure but I'm sure it probes every 5 seconds or so & then receives small data when someone sends you a message or comes on line ...but I don't care as I have unlimitted data usage.

having the same problem skype isnt subscribing right anyone go ta solution and another thing that should be improved is the chat interface which doesnt let you see what your typing, be cooler if it had the same chat interface apollo does

if you wait a bit skype eventually does subscribe..

and what about the chat interface? it is the same!

so does this allow all the perks of yahoo or aim or msn where you can do voice chatting through there? for instance would a buddy on msn be able to "call my computer (my iphone)" and then voice chat like that?

been trying to install the app- but it leaves it in the "uncategorized" section under untitles source. Is the download not working right? Or am I missing something??
