I dont know much about modding and a search got me no where. How to I get customize with 1.1.4???

DFU Restore Mode:
1. Boot phone 2. Hold Power + Home until the screen goes BLACK 3. Continue to hold home and let go of power 4. Plug into iTunes (screen should still be BLACK) 5. Within 20 seconds it should come up in recovery mode 6. Let go of Home and hit RESTORE in iTunes. |

you obviously didnt do a search, because there are a bunch of threads on it. In my sig there is links to customize version 1.21 (skylars hacked version) how to's for both mac and pc.

The latest ver. of customize i.e 2.0, is now on installer under the 'utilities' section. Make sure to install Summerboard first.

I've managed to install Customize, tried 1.21 modded, 1.22, 1.27 and 2.0 but they all load up the SpicyChicken screen then crash out to SPringboard, tried the permissions through Terminal numerous times but still no joy, anyone got any pointers as to whats causing this?

taken from 'customize' website:
1.1Customize crashes right away, what should I do?
Install SUID Lib Fix under Utilities. You can safely install this on 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 even though it only says it is for 1.1.3. |

Thanks, installed that but still the same thing... Have Customize 1.27 installed and unlocked using iLiberty+....
Ok update... If I ssh into my Phone from Terminal and run Customize it works, but not from SPringboard.....?
