HelP Me!!!! Lost my Default Icons and Screen

Hi to everybody. I present myself. I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina and recently acquired an Iphone, 8 gb, with 1.1.4 firmware. I am a MacBook user. The other day I started to download the applications that comes with the iphone. I don't know what i did, but really i did delete some file or application and my display disappeared completely. After that I run the ILiberty app and the only icon availabe was the Installer. Then reading this forum and run the Independence but i still did not have my default display and icons. Finally today I run the Ziphone and the same i don`t have nothing except that it install the 3.01 version of the Installer. I don't know what to do. I am completely distressed and upset. Of course I run several times the iTunes for restoring the original configuration but nothing happens. Do anybody here would be so kind to assist me, if there is a solution to my problem. I would really apprecitato so very very much. Kind regards, to everybody.
