Can you jailbreak OTB 1.1.3

I have posted something about this in the past and have never gottena definitive answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My sister had a jailbroken 1.1.2 (OTB 1.0) but something happened to it and we had to replace it via apple. Of course, she got back an OTB 1.1.3 iPhone. I have read mixed things on jailbreaking this. I have tried several downgrades via the two current ways to do it. I did the DFU mode, and also tried the mode where you hold down reset and home until your iPhone disappreas of iTunes then let go of reset mode. Niether method allowed me to downgrade to 1.0.2 or 1.1.1. Is there any known process that can successfully downgrade an OTB 1.1.3 or OTB 1.1.2 (Bootloader 4.6) iPhone to jailbreak it and in the end have a jailbroken iPhone with phone functionality. I am an ATT customer as is my sister. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

All you need is a program called iJailbreak. It'll do the whole process for you completely automated. Easiest you'll ever use to unlock it.
