itunes 7.7.1 and pwnage 2.0.3

hey guys,

this will be my first attempt to jailbreak my 2g iphone (it has been restored to 2.0.2v) i went through and used pwnage and build the iwsp file to be used to jail break, when im done and it tells me to connect to itunes....this is where im having my problem, itunes tells me that my phone has to be restored in order to work. is there an easier way or a guide to doing this> i have scoured the net all day but it seems like there is info on 2.0.1 not 2.0.2.


i can use mac or windows to do this so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Now that you have built your custom iwsp...next is to restore your phone with that custom iwsp..
On mac, plug in your iphone in iTunes...press Option and Restore...the go choose your custom iwsp and let it runs. Once done, your phone should be jailbroken.
