Yes it is for 1.1.4
Unzip the files and read the info text file.
Backup these files from your phone in case you want to restore to default.

This changes images of the iPhone Interface and you dont need to rename anything.
Use wincscp in Windows to ssh into your phone.
If you are new to this then it would be better if you searched in these forums on how to ssh into your phone, what artworks are for and so on.
Dont be messing with your phone if you dont know how to do it.

What is the PNG for the color of the alert box behind the buttons posted in the second preview image. It is normally a Blue color, you changed it to black... I remember editing it before, just can't remember the PNG number.
