you need to access your iphone from your computer
1. Make sure you have BSD subsystem installed through Installer(you don't need it if you have Cydia)
2. Make sure you have AFP (apple filesharing protocol) installed though Installer or installed through Cydia
3. Check your phones ip address in Settings/Wifi/click the blue tab
4. On your Mac from the GO menu select "connect to server..."
5. enter in the ip address of your iphone and enter in username/password: root/alpine
6. Navigate to var/mobile/Library/Summerboard/Themes (for summerboard themes)
or var/mobile/Library/Customize2 (for customize 2.0 themes)
7. Place your theme in one of these folders depending on the type of theme
8. Respring the Springboard on your phone and open up Summerboard or Customize and choose your theme.
And your done!
ps. to enable/disable afp, download bossprefs and the Bossprefs AFP plugin from Installer or Cydia
pss. in order for all this to work you need to have you mac and iphone on the same wifi network
