Is Visual voice mail functional, if im using a grandfathered Att Plan W/ Jailbroken

well i never really thought much of it, till it just all of a sudden hit me,I have an att retail employee account, basically its a boatload of mins and text for hardly anything, no data. Well this brings me to my question, does the visual voice mall function work, although i dont have a data plan for my iphone?

nope, you need an iphone specific plan to use visual voicemail

but if you work for att, perhaps they can convert your account for free?
