I done what the forum rules ask and read and read and read, but as new stuff seems to be coming out daily for the iphone, and old guides hint;s and tips unable to keep up I gotta ask.
MY pal is returning from USA this weekend with a nice new 16gb iphone for me, I guessing it will be a 1.1.4 version but cna;t be sure (buying from the apple shop)
So what the first step,,,Ziphone or iliberry+ or du I wait for Pwarnd???
Then after that what should I add update ect ect.
I know it a broad questions and I have read alot stuff over the last 2 weeks but as the time is close i need to ask whrer you would but for $500 and not end up with a bricked phone.
i my self would recommend ziphone, only because I've not used liberty
and pwned should hopefully be out later today but i don't know if its still mac only or if they've made windows version during the sick april fools joke the pulled yesterday

do not READ ME DO NOT use ziphone on your 16gb its known to F up the phone and your bootloader will be downgraded. so if you ever have 2 return it thay will know its been unlocked and wont help you

do not READ ME DO NOT use ziphone on your 16gb its known to F up the phone and your bootloader will be downgraded. so if you ever have 2 return it thay will know its been unlocked and wont help you
both will unlock ur phone but Iliberty won't downgraid ur Bl to 3.9 so its better to use it, and it has all what ziphone has and more, just stay on the safe side and use iliberty and keep ur bl 4.6
iLiberty+ for Windows will give you the option not to unlock the phone....... Unless you plan on getting this phone for another carrier there really isn't any other advantage in unlocking it....... Jailbreaking it is awsome though......

once jailbroken and unlocked, tap "Installer" and install any apps which take your fancy. If you use them and don't like them uninstall them, it really is that simple.

Summerboard (download themes to change icons/wallpapers)
DropCopy (send files wirelessly between 2 iPhones)
FontSwap (change the font of your lock clock, notes and whole system)
iPhysics (best game out so far before the appstore is released)
TTR (tap tap revolution, like guitar hero)
Music Quiz (does what it says on the tin)
It is really simple the whole process, but just stay away from ZIPHONE whatever anyone says! An irreversible modification is always a huge risk to take, and a bit stupid when it is completely unneccesary.

my pal arrived back from holiday yesterday and dropped of my 16GB iphone
I was in the middle of a DIY project which the wife had beennagging me to do for an age
So as I drilled...cut...screwed I kept glancing at the object of beauty (the box)
Anyway the afternoon and early evening shot by and before I knew it, It was 21:00, time to call that Diy stuff over.
Nipped into the shower and then all nice and clean I sat the PC I checked to see if Pwned for windows had arrived but no.so do I wait..do i hell download ilibery+. Quickly scanned the how to guide then popped the new iphone out of the box and onto the dock.
At which point my wife stood over my shoulder enquiring what I was about to do to $500, a puzzled look came across her face
4 or 5 clicks later and we were under way, the 3 to 4 mins it takes seem like and age as you watch the screen run then stall then run, itunes opened up again and though a load of error message but stil I sat mesmorized by the little screen in front. Then the reboot.......
Perfect, so far everythig I've tried works wireless, youtube, maps it makes calls too I was like the fatest kid in the biggest sweet shop.
